Aligned Vinyasa Yoga

Aqua Fit

A fun and invigorating water-based workout that blends strength, cardio, and mobility training for a full-body challenge. Using bodyweight exercises, buoys, and pool noodles, this low-impact class builds endurance, tones muscles, and improves joint mobility—all while being gentle on the body. To keep the energy high, we incorporate a splash of Bollywood-inspired movement, making the water come alive with rhythm and fun! Whether you're looking to improve fitness, increase flexibility, or simply enjoy a refreshing workout, Aqua Fit delivers results while keeping you moving to the beat. Perfect for all fitness levels!

BODYPUMP by Les Mills

An ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Aman will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Body Sculpt

A full-body workout designed to build muscular strength, endurance, and definition using dumbbells and body bars. This class focuses on controlled, powerful movements that target all major muscle groups, helping you develop strength, stability, and coordination. With a mix of compound and isolation exercises, you’ll challenge your body in a way that promotes balanced strength and functional fitness. Whether you're a beginner or experienced lifter, Body Sculpt offers a dynamic and effective way to enhance your strength and overall performance.

BollyX

A Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. Its 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and smiling. At the very core of a BollyX workout is the inspiration it draws from the music and dance of Bollywood, the film industry of India. Aman embodies the infectious energy, expression and movement of Bollywood.

BollyX LIT

A Bollywood-inspired, cardio dance fitness program that is high in energy and swag, but not in impact! Your heart will be pumping and you’ll be sweating all while dancing to the top hits from India. The BollyX Low Impact program has all the same energy and swag as the original BollyX format but without high impact dance movements. This format was designed for individuals who love to dance and prefer or need low impact choreography.

Functional Strength

A full-body strength workout designed to help you build muscle endurance and improve overall fitness. Using light to moderate weights with high repetitions, this class focuses on toning and conditioning. Aman will guide you through effective movements and techniques, offering coaching, motivation, and energizing music to keep you engaged. You'll leave feeling accomplished and ready for your next session.

A zero-impact workout designed to ease tight muscles, reduce aches and pains, and improve your range of motion. This session focuses on enhancing flexibility, posture, and mobility, helping you move with greater ease and comfort. Perfect for all fitness levels, it’s a restorative experience that leaves you feeling refreshed, balanced, and more in tune with your body.

HIIT

A dynamic 50-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to build strength, boost cardiovascular endurance, enhance speed, and maximize calorie burn. This full-body workout incorporates barbells, weight plates, and bodyweight exercises to target all major muscle groups, pushing you to your limits for fast, effective results. Aman brings cutting-edge HIIT techniques to an electrifying atmosphere that keeps you motivated to push harder and get fitter—faster!

IGNITE at Bay Clubs

A cardio and strength training circuit style format that uses the hottest new equipment, including top of the line cardio equipment, dumbbells, and resistance bands. This 50-minute high-intensity interval training class works every single part of the body. With dynamic motions, you’ll not only be burning calories but building muscle and strength.

Stretch, Breathe, Meditate

A calming, grounding class that blends gentle stretching, mindful breathwork, and guided meditation. We begin with yoga-inspired stretches—sometimes incorporating props like resistance bands—to release tension and improve flexibility. The session then transitions into simple breathwork practices to center the mind and calm the nervous system. We close with a short meditation, designed either to relax the body deeply or to reinforce a positive, focused mindset. This class is ideal for anyone looking to unwind, restore balance, and reconnect with themselves—both physically and mentally.

Total Body Circuits

A dynamic, full-body workout designed to build strength, enhance core stability, and boost endurance with a touch of cardio. This circuit-style class utilizes a variety of equipment—including steps/risers, medicine balls, resistance bands, weighted bars, dumbbells, BOSU balls, mats, and yoga balls—to challenge every muscle group. With a focus on controlled, powerful movements, you’ll improve strength, balance, and mobility while keeping your heart rate engaged. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class delivers a well-rounded workout that leaves you feeling stronger, more stable, and energized.
