We’ve got exciting things happening at Strong Fit & Happy! With the addition of our new Tuesday BollyX class in San Mateo, we’re now offering double the dance energy every week 💃✨ To celebrate, all current class packs and memberships will stay at the existing rates through the end of 2025 - so now’s a great time to stock up or start your journey! Starting January 2026, pricing will be updated to reflect our expanded schedule and added value across both San Mateo and Redwood
